We now have 23 cities in BC’s Lower Mainland participating in ADHD Awareness Week activities.
I originally called it Metro Vancouver ADHD Awareness Week, but we now have cities outside of Metro Vancouver participating in the ADHD Awareness Week book displays. So I changed it to Lower Mainland ADHD Awareness Week.
We’ve got more than 70 libraries and bookstores in 23 Lower Mainland BC municipalities participating. More than double the number of Libraries and bookstores we had last year, 29, and nearly triple the number of municipalities, 8.
Volunteers from my Vancouver Adult ADD Support Group and I have signed up Libraries in West Vancouver, White Rock And Yale to have ADHD Awareness Week Book Displays.
There will be ADHD books, books by authors who have ADHD, our ADHD Awareness Week Poster and Brochures on the only 2 ADHD support group in all of BC, My Vancouver Adult ADD Support Group and CHADD Vancouver, and the quick Harvard Adult ADHD Screener Test

Or you can put it on twitter and hashtag it #adhdawarenessbc and we’ll retweet it
We’ll be updating the listing the new libraries and bookstores in different lower mainland BC cities who’ve agreed to help get the word out on ADHD Awareness Week on the Metro Vancouver 2013 ADHD Awareness Activities page.
